Junior High (6-8th Grades)
Saturday 5pm | Sunday at 10 & 11:30am
Location: Junior High Room

The Adventure exists to reach students far from God and teach them how to follow Jesus step by step. Life is an adventure, one that is full of ups and downs along the way. That’s why, here at The Adventure, we’re all about exploring who Jesus is and the journey He has for our lives. We believe every week is an opportunity for students to come to know and love Jesus through community, small group, teachings, and worship.

Current Series

Speed limits. Data limits. Time limits. Age limits. There’s nothing fun about having limits set between us and what we want. And although some limits are good, most of the time it just feels like we’d be better off without them. Many of us feel like our lives, our stories, and our futures are limited in one way or another—like who we are and who we can become have limits. This was especially true for one of the earliest and most famous guys in the Bible, Moses. Because of who he was, where he came from, and what he did, Moses must have felt like his potential was limited. But God had other plans. And through Moses’ story we’ll discover that when we allow God to direct our story, the possibilities are limitless.

HANGOUTS

Joining HANGOUTS could make your life a thousand times better. Yeah, that sounds a little dramatic. But seriously—think of how hard it can be to go through life by yourself. We’ve all needed someone to talk to or hang out with. Find a group of friends who are dealing with the same stuff you are, because you can’t do life alone.

Summer Camp ( Jul 30-Aug 4)

Junior High Camp at Creekside is THE place for campers to get away from the academic and social pressures of Junior High and instead focus on their identity in Christ and place in God’s family of believers.  During a week of camp, students will discover who God has made them to be through teaching from God’s Word, small group discussions, and high-energy worship.
Of course, no summer camp is complete without the fun!  Campers have the freedom to explore the many recreation options at Forest Home all week long.  (And with a Blob, Zip Line, kayaks, Sky Trail, Olympic-sized pool, GaGa pit, archery, laser tag, and lake.)
